LGBTQ Youth Support
The Hunter Foundation has begun to establish relationships with several organizations including those that deal with bias against the LGBTQ Youth. Specifically, we would like to extend support to organizations that include services for LGBTQ at-risk youth.
Many at-risk LGBTQ youth are working hard to obtain a high school diploma or GED, experience homelessness, need counseling services, or are in need of support services to help them overcome hardships associated with foster care or their daily lives.
In particular, the Hunter Foundation supports organizations that serve homeless or foster care LGBT youth. This includes overcoming the challenges of bias at home and school and providing educational opportunities to ensure their success.
